I just found a housemate on LJ. Two comments on LJ pointed me to the same person. I had been dithering about mentioning that I'm uncomfortable living with somebody who drinks, because I'm embarrassed about it (but of course that's the biggest reason it's hard for me to find a housemate, so I would have left out the whole problem.) There's a lesson there about trust and taking risks and ending up feeling safer, because Sovay is in the running for most considerate person in greater Boston.
