I experimented with crochet very briefly, because it looked like fun and I thought it might be theraputic (either to do something useful with my hands, or the motion itself). It turned out to be fairly disastrous, even with extremely lightweight crochet hooks and crocheting for very short intervals. I probably did it for about an hour, total, so there's plenty of yarn left. That was 3 weeks ago, so I have no idea why my hands (both hands) hurt so much today. Still, it reminded me of the crochet experiment.
Would any of you like some yarn or crochet hooks? The yarn is varigated wool with a lot of purple, and some light blue and yellow. (All 3 balls of yarn are the same color, it's just a stripey color.) The hooks are size J, one birch and one Al. I thought they'd be light enough not to hurt my hand, but I was wrong.
