I can't make it, as I'm busy this afternoon (and will be more than 300 miles from Cornell, as I've been for most of the century.) It does look interesting. I hope they go on to investigate how the velcro fasteners on shoes come undone as a person walks. Does it depend on gait? On where the elastic strap fastens, and with how much elastic?
