kittens and pie optional

I have lost my wonderful new mittens! The warm and waterproof ones, with just enough grip on the forefinger to let me turn a page or slide a transit pass. If I left them on the bus, they're presumably gone forever. But if I left them at someone's house, please let me know. It occured to me this morning, as I was searching, that almost everyone I see socially is on my LJ friends list. These are black mittens, size medium, from EMS, nylon outside and fleece inside.

If you have them, they fit you, and you need them, let me know so I can find new ones. But most of my friends either have bigger hands than mine, or they have considerable preferences for gloves over mittens.
