My constraints are different from yours, but they are about to change. (The new apartment has a dishwasher, and will have 4 other hands. Some of which work.) Of course, the menu planning constraints are going to change as well. Many of my meals involve mushrooms or cooked greens or (at least a little) cayenne. And many of theirs involve dairy or pork or shellfish. We really value shared meals, though.
