I acknowledge that milk is included as part of "everything." To my mind, this does not imply that milk is a legitimate ingredient in an "everything bagel." The concept of an "everything bagel" only includes the subset of "everything" conventionally used as bagel coatings--onion, salt, poppy seeds, an egg wash. If one is being thorough, perhaps sesame seeds, caraway seeds, and toasted garlic.
