Can anyone recommend a pen that writes like a felt tip pen (it would be nice if it actually was a felt tip pen, rather than messing about with approximations), that is waterproof under any conditions? I don't mean all conditions. I mean any. Though it would be nice if you could warn me the conditions under which the stuff can be expected to be waterproof -- ink that becomes waterproof a week, or a month, after writing, is different from ink that tries to not run all over the page if a person is writing with wet gloves.
I don't like ballpoint pens. I have to press too hard, and that hurts my hand. With a felt pen, like the Papermate Flair, I can just move the pen sideways and get ink. With a lot of the gel pens, or ceramic roller pens, they still act enough like ballpoint pens to demand downward pressure. Maybe they write smoothly when you provide that normal pressure, but it's still a problem. Uni Jetstreams are pretty good ballpoint pens, as far as I can tell. But I say they're still ballpoints, and I say the hell with 'em.
